Privacy Policy

What this site currently does

• Contact, vehicle-inquiry, and service-appointment forms collect the name, email, phone, and message you submit, and email it directly to the RockyCarz team. A copy of each submission is also retained in a dealer-only system so the RockyCarz team can track and follow up on it.
• The site records anonymous visit data (pages viewed, general timing) using Cloudflare Web Analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics (GA4) — GA4 only loads after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit.
• An anonymous identifier is kept in your browser's local storage so repeat visits can be recognized; if you submit one of the forms above, that identifier is linked to your name so RockyCarz can see what you looked at before contacting them.
• The optional chat widget sends your messages to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat.
